Please have all paperwork signed and notarized as per RI DMV requirements prior to appointment.
Requirements include:
- Vehicle registration, insurance and inspection are all current at the time of the test
- Active permit
- Completed License application
- Signed and notarized affidavit of 50 hours driving experience if under 18 years of age

The driving instructor will be present in the car with the student during the test.
